Water-soluble silicone oil is a polymer produced by the reaction of polysiloxanes and polyoxyolefins. It is a nonionic surfactant and is completely miscible with water. It possesses hydrophilic, softening, smoothing, antistatic, and defoaming properties. It is suitable for finishing cotton, cotton-polyester blends, linen, silk, wool, and synthetic fibers. Dosage: 2–8 g/L. It is also suitable for personal care and coating applications.
Softener is a white liquid (≥20% solids, pH 6–7) that reduces fiber/metal and fiber/fiber friction, lowers yarn breakage, and improves smoothness, softness, and anti static performance. Used in spinning, knitting, and finishing for cotton, wool, silk, synthetics, and blends. Low foaming, APEO free, easy to dilute. Padding: 20–40 g/L; exhaust: 1.5–3% o.w.f. at 40–60°C.
Hydrophilic Softener (Non-silicone) is a silicone‑free agent that provides excellent softness and water absorbency to cotton, linen, silk, wool, viscose, polyester, nylon, and blends. It eliminates silicone spots, oil floating, and roller sticking. Used by padding (20–50 g/L) or exhaust (1–3% o.w.f.). APEO‑free, stable, and easy to use.
Hydrophilic amino silicone oil is a finishing agent suitable for various natural fiber fabrics, pure cotton fabrics, polyester-cotton fabrics, synthetic fiber wool-like fabrics, and blended wool fabrics. It imparts a soft, smooth, and full hand feel to fabrics and possesses excellent hydrophilicity, breathability, antistatic properties, and stain resistance. It will not cause roller sticking, oil floating, or yellowing. It is suitable for cotton, polyester-cotton blends, synthetic wool, and their blended fabrics. Finishing can be performed using padding (20–60 g/L) or coating (2–6% of fabric weight).
Smoothing Agent is a milky white liquid (20% actives, pH 6.0–7.0, density 1.0–1.1 g/mL) that imparts excellent softness, luster, resilience, and improved tear strength to yarns and fabrics. Used in spinning and textile finishing for all fiber types. Easily soluble in cold water. Typical dosage 10–40 g/L.
Anti-wrinkle Finishing Agent is a clear liquid (pH 5.5–6.5) that crosslinks with fibers to boost wrinkle resistance, dimensional stability, and smoothness. Ideal for cotton, linen, silk, wool and blends – even in jet machines. Increases dry crease recovery by 30–60°, wet by 20–40°. Soft hand, durable (80% after 20–30 washes), REACH compliant.
