Softener solves high yarn breakage, poor smoothness, and excessive friction during spinning and knitting. It is used for smoothing of woven and knitted yarns, finishing wool tops, and improving sewability of knitwear. It reduces fibermetal and fiberfiber friction, enabling high denier yarn release and even distribution on bobbins. It also provides softness, anti-static, and low-foam properties without affecting color fastness.

This product application?

For padding, use 20–40 g/L at neutral pH. For exhaust, use 1.5–3.0% o.w.f. at pH 5.5–6.5, 40–60°C for 15–30 minutes. Suitable for cotton, linen, silk, wool, polyester, nylon, acrylic, and blends. It improves yarn breakage, sewability, and smoothness. Store at room temperature; shelf life 12 months.
