It possesses excellent alkali resistance, penetrability, emulsification, and dispersibility, enabling rapid penetration into cotton fibers to enhance the mercerizing effect and improve fabric brightness and evenness. This product also effectively prevents alkaline scaling, making it suitable for high-alkali mercerizing treatments and pre-dyeing processes.
Rapid Penetrant Agent is a non‑ionic, colorless transparent liquid (pH 6–7) with slight odor. It is easily soluble in water, eco‑friendly, and contains no illegal ingredients. Used in textile, printing/dyeing, leather, and metal cleaning, it offers high wetting and penetration performance. It can be used in the same bath with anionic/cationic auxiliaries, saving process steps. Dosage: 1–5 g/L.
