Silicone Oil Emulsion is a high-performance, water-based emulsion for softening cotton, polyester, and blended fabrics. It delivers excellent softness, smooth hand feel, anti-static, and water repellency. Eco-friendly and stable, it is ideal for textile finishing, post-dyeing treatment, leather processing, and industrial fabric care.

Medium & Low Temperature Desizing Enzyme is a non-toxic, odorless enzyme with 2000μ/g activity. It rapidly hydrolyzes starch, pectin, and other sizing agents into soluble sugars. Used in textile desizing (pad-batch or exhaust) at 55–65°C, pH 6–7. It offers high desizing rate, low strength loss, soft handfeel, and no redeposition. The low-pH wastewater is biodegradable, meeting clean production requirements.

Leveling Agent is a yellow transparent liquid (≥30% actives, pH 6.0–7.0) for reactive and direct dyeing. It delays dye uptake, ensuring uniform dye distribution on natural and synthetic fibers (cotton, linen, blends). Lowfoaming and highly compatible with other auxiliaries. Dilute 5-10× with 30–40°C water before adding to bath. Use 0.5–2.0% o.w.f.

Peroxide Stabilizer is a slightly yellow transparent liquid (≥20% active, pH 6.5–7.5) used in hydrogen peroxide bleaching for cotton pretreatment, paper pulp, water treatment, and more. It prevents scale (calcium/magnesium silicate), chelates iron ions, stops fiber damage and holes, and avoids redeposition of impurities. It stabilizes peroxide decomposition, improving bleaching efficiency with lower costs.

Our desizing enzyme is primarily used in the textile industry, especially during fabric desizing. It rapidly breaks down sizing agents such as starch and pectin, improving the effectiveness of subsequent processing. This product is widely used in various industries, including beer, alcohol, and monosodium glutamate (MSG). It is highly efficient, environmentally friendly, and non-toxic, achieving rapid desizing without damaging fabric quality, thus meeting green production standards.

Mercerizing Penetrant (Alkali-resistant) is a high-concentration, yellow transparent liquid designed for strong alkali processes like cotton mercerizing and polyester de-weighting. It delivers excellent wetting, dispersion, and emulsification even at 200–300g/L alkali. Low-foaming and cold-soluble, it ensures uniform alkali penetration, prevents caustic back-staining, enhances fabric luster, and accelerates mercerizing – ideal for dry mercerizing of grey fabric.

Water-soluble silicone oil is a polymer produced by the reaction of polysiloxanes and polyoxyolefins. It is a nonionic surfactant and is completely miscible with water. It possesses hydrophilic, softening, smoothing, antistatic, and defoaming properties. It is suitable for finishing cotton, cotton-polyester blends, linen, silk, wool, and synthetic fibers. Dosage: 2–8 g/L. It is also suitable for personal care and coating applications.

Softener is a white liquid (≥20% solids, pH 6–7) that reduces fiber/metal and fiber/fiber friction, lowers yarn breakage, and improves smoothness, softness, and antistatic performance. Used in spinning, knitting, and finishing for cotton, wool, silk, synthetics, and blends. Lowfoaming, APEOfree, easy to dilute. Padding: 20–40 g/L; exhaust: 1.5–3% o.w.f. at 40–60°C.

Soaping Agent for Post-dyeing is a low-foaming, anionic/nonionic liquid for washing reactive and direct dyed fabrics. It efficiently removes unfixed and hydrolyzed dyes, improving rub and wash fastness. Use 0.5–2.0 g/L at 80–98°C for 10–20 minutes (exhaust). Compatible with jet and overflow machines, it supports clean, bright shades.
