MOQ varies by product. For enzymes and liquid auxiliaries, typically 100kg or 1 drum (e.g., 4×25kg drums). For solid sulfur dyes, 25kg bag. Sample orders or small batches without standard packaging can be negotiated. Please contact our sales team for specific information.

We accept T/T (telegraphic transfer), L/C at sight, Alipay/WeChat Pay (for domestic small amounts). For first-time customers, usually 30% deposit and 70% balance against copy of B/L. Long-term customers may apply for more flexible terms.

Enzymes: 25kg/plastic drum, 200kg/plastic drum, or customized.
Sulfur dyes: 25kg/woven bag with PE liner.
Liquid auxiliaries: 25kg/drum, 125kg/drum, or IBC tote (1000kg).
Solid auxiliaries: 20kg/bag or 25kg/bag.
All packaging complies with dangerous goods requirements (if applicable).

Domestic (China): Express (Deppon, SF), LTL truckload, full truckload. Usually 3-7 days.
International: Sea freight (FCL or LCL), air freight, international courier (DHL/FedEx). Delivery time varies: Southeast Asia 7-15 days, Europe/North America 20-35 days.
Samples can be delivered within 3-5 working days via international courier.

Every batch is fully tested by our Quality Inspection Department (enzyme activity, pH, appearance, stability, etc.).
We hold Intertek third-party test reports and ZDHC ChemCheck certification.
Each batch is traceable and comes with a Certificate of Analysis (COA).
If any loss is caused by our quality issue, we promise unconditional return/exchange and bear corresponding responsibility.

Yes. For potential customers, we offer free samples: 100-500g liquid or 50-200g solid. Shipping cost is borne by the customer (collect freight), or you pay the courier fee and we arrange shipment.

Yes. Leveraging our cooperation with universities and research institutions, we can customize:
Specific enzyme activity ratios or compounding systems;
Auxiliaries for special pH/temperature ranges;

Yes. All our products meet national environmental requirements. Seven of our enzyme products have passed ZDHC ChemCheck certification, achieving Chemicals to Zero Foundational level (MRSL Level 1-3). We also hold Hebei Province Pollutant Discharge Permit, ensuring green production.
