A versatile chelating dispersant – suitable for dyeing, pulping, and cooling water treatment

Chelating Dispersant is a micro-yellow transparent liquid (≥40% active) with pH 6.0–7.0, easily soluble in cold water. It softens water by sequestering calcium, magnesium, and iron ions, preventing scale and stains. Used in textile dyeing/bleaching, papermaking, detergents, water treatment, coatings, and metal finishing. It stabilizes peroxide, improves whiteness, removes loose dyes, and disperses impurities.

Additional Information

What Problems Does It Solve? Where to Use?

Chelating Dispersant solves issues caused by metal ions (calcium, magnesium, iron) and impurities in process water. It is used in textile dyeing & bleaching, paper industry, detergents & cleaners, water treatment, coatings & paints, and metal surface finishing. It prevents scale formation, metal ion precipitation, dye spots, peroxide decomposition, and fabric holes – while improving whiteness, level dyeing, and color fastness.

What Makes It Attractive & Different?

Unlike simple sequestrants, this product combines excellent chelating power with strong dispersing power. It removes calcium deposits and silica scale from equipment, stabilizes hydrogen peroxide in bleaching (hot or cold pad-batch), and effectively removes unfixed dyes during soaping – reducing or eliminating the need for fixing agents. It is multi-industry and works in cold water.

Why Buy Ours Instead of Others?

Many competitors only chelate but fail to disperse impurities, leading to re-deposition on fabric or equipment. Our Chelating Dispersant chelates metal ions (Ca²⁺, Mg²⁺, Fe³⁺) and disperses particlessimultaneously, preventing scale, stains, and sticky deposits. It improves bleach uniformity, enhances dyeing brightness, and extends equipment life – all with a simple dosage (0.2–5 g/L depending on application). Choose a versatile, costeffective solution trusted across industries.
